Virginia Beach, VA (December 5, 2025) – A three-vehicle collision on Laskin Rd Friday morning left one person trapped inside an SUV and prompted a significant emergency response from Virginia Beach Fire and EMS. The crash was reported around 7:25 a.m., with crews arriving to find a blue SUV in a ditch and its occupant unable to exit without assistance.
Rescue 1 and Ladder 8 worked together to safely extricate the trapped driver, who was then transferred to medical personnel for further evaluation. Officials have not yet released information regarding the severity of the individual’s injuries. The other vehicles involved in the crash remained upright, and no additional entrapments were reported.
Traffic in the area slowed temporarily as responders managed the scene, assessed those involved, and ensured the roadway was clear of any hazards. Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the collision and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
