Richmond, VA (January 29, 2026) – A two-vehicle crash involving a state-operated vehicle took place early Wednesday morning along the southbound lanes of I-95 near Exit 73 at Maury St in Richmond. The collision was reported around 5:20 a.m. on the right shoulder of the interstate.
