
Norfolk, VA (January 23, 2026) – A two-vehicle collision led to injuries early Thursday morning on E Virginia Beach Blvd in Norfolk. The crash was reported around 5:41 a.m. on January 22 and involved a white or cream-colored Buick and a gray Chrysler.
