
Norfolk, VA (January 20, 2026) – A two-vehicle crash Sunday afternoon at the intersection of E Westmont Ave and Tidewater Dr resulted in at least one injury and required emergency crews to extricate a trapped occupant from one of the vehicles.
The collision occurred around 3:30 p.m. and involved a white Tesla and a black vehicle. First responders arrived to find a person pinned inside one of the vehicles, suffering from leg pain. Firefighters worked quickly to remove the individual safely, while paramedics provided urgent medical attention at the scene before arranging for hospital transport.
