Norfolk, VA (October 20, 2025) – Emergency services were dispatched to a traffic crash that resulted in injuries on Saturday evening near Raby Rd in Norfolk. The incident occurred around 8:02 p.m., leading to a coordinated response from Norfolk Fire-Rescue, EMS crews, and local police officers.
