
Chesapeake, VA (January 29, 2026) – A woman sustained injuries after being struck by a vehicle in the parking lot outside Sam’s Club in Chesapeake late Tuesday morning. The incident was reported around 11:01 a.m. near the general merchandise entrance of the store, adjacent to the Walmart side of the complex. Emergency responders, including Engine 24 units, were dispatched to the scene to assess the situation and provide care.
According to initial reports, the pedestrian suffered an injury to her right knee but was able to walk into the store following the incident. EMS crews arrived shortly thereafter to evaluate her condition and ensure she received appropriate medical attention.
